Connor, Ian and Jonathan share their experiences as learners at Rochdale Training. Through the employability programme they’ve been able to boost their confidence, develop communication skills and gain the certification they need to get back into a job.

Rochdale Training is a major training organisation, working with companies throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester to meet their training needs. Established in 1966 by heads of leading local manufacturing employers to manage the training of apprentices, today Rochdale Training offers a range of business development services across many different industries. Working with all levels of learner and all sizes of company to provide tailored training solutions. As a sign of its success, Rochdale Training was awarded a Grade 1 from Ofsted for its Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
