Do you fancy yourself as the next Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Jamie Oliver or Nigella Lawson?
YouTuber and presenter Joe Sugg went to River Cottage HQ in Axminster to find out what it takes to get a career in catering.
He chatted with apprentices, tutors and programme developers at the famous cookery school – and found out that an apprenticeship in catering can lead to a range of different careers. From being a restaurant critic to researching nutrition, it can all start from a basic education in working with food.
