What does it take to get into a career in agriculture? And what could it lead to? We took YouTuber Joe Sugg to Cleave Farm in Devon to find out.
Joe met Ryan, an apprentice working at the farm, to find out what goes into dairy farming. He also chatted with former apprentice Danny who has now started his own business.
We also hear from Roger Clarke, the agricultural programme manager at Duchy College, which delivers apprenticeships in agriculture. He explains that there is a huge skills gap in the industry - we need more workers skilled in agriculture to meet our growing demands, which means we need more apprentices learning on the job.
